JustGoRent ("we", "us") is operated by YOUR BUSINESS NAME, YOUR ADDRESS, Mohali, Punjab, India. We run a directory where property brokers, landlords and sellers in Mohali and Chandigarh publish profiles and where buyers can check a broker's verification status, listings and client reviews. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices.
Account holders (brokers, landlords and sellers): email address, password (stored securely hashed by our authentication provider), name, agency, phone and WhatsApp numbers, photo, biography, areas covered, experience, listings and listing photos.
Verification documents: RERA registration number and certificate (brokers), proof of property ownership (landlords and sellers), a government photo ID, and optional office proof or award and certificate files, plus any numbers you claim (for example clients served).
Visitors and buyers: if you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and message. If you write a review we collect your name, rating, comment and the type of deal. If you report a profile we collect your reason and details.
Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting and database providers for security and reliability.
To run your account and public broker profile; to verify brokers; to deliver enquiries to the broker you contacted; to moderate reviews and reports; to send service emails such as account confirmation, password reset and alerts about new enquiries or reviews; to prevent fraud, spam and abuse; and to meet legal obligations.
Public: a broker's profile information, phone and WhatsApp numbers, listings, verification status, approved achievements, and approved reviews with the reviewer's first name or the name they entered.
Private: verification documents are stored in a private vault and can be opened only by our verification team. They are never shown on public pages. Enquiry details (your name, phone and message) are visible only to the broker you contacted and to our administrators.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: the broker you enquire about; service providers who process data for us (our database, authentication and file storage provider, our web hosting provider, and our email delivery provider); and authorities where required by law.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India.
We keep account and profile data while your account is active. Verification documents are kept for as long as needed to verify you and handle disputes, and you may ask us to delete them. Enquiries and reviews are kept while the related broker profile exists. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires it or to prevent repeat abuse.
You can view and edit your profile in your dashboard and turn email alerts on or off in My Profile. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by writing to support@justgo.rent. If you are unhappy with our response, contact our Grievance Officer (see Contact & Grievances).
We use browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising trackers. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.
We use access controls, encrypted connections and private storage for sensitive documents. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account.
JustGoRent is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
